Michael Wilcox is a ‘Web Development and Support Team Manager’ and before that he was a ‘Web Development Unit Manager’ - he leads a team that helps looks after a large institutional website.

This blog is a place to record ideas about how to do manage a big site and experiences gained whilst doing this. It will also contain the occasional personal post which will touch on important things like family and gadgets(!)
