How to easily arrange a meeting time
I’ve been intending to mention this site for ages. I found it a while back and found it to be a brilliantly simple way to find the most suitable time for a meeting from a range of people.
The old way: someone sends an email asking people to check a long list of dates to see if they’re free. Everyone checks and then emails their answers back in all sorts of formats leaving the meeting organiser with a real headache as they try to sort it all out and find the optimum date.
The easy way: Meet-O-Matic sends the email for you, collates the responses and highlights the best time. And even better, it’s free and requires no registration.
A strange coincidence
How weird is this? I’ve just checked the site (to grab a copy of their logo) and I noticed that the original graphics were created by a certain Anthony Seminara… someone who I had never met or heard of when I found Meet-O-Matic but who is now a work colleague. Surely there can’t be two graphic designing Anthony Seminaras out there?
